This super easy to make pasta salad features dill, pickles, cheese and tuna. It is an excellent make ahead dish to take along to pot luck dinners or if you like to meal prep for the week. Good food doesn't need to be complicated to make. This salad although very easy, will impress both children and adults alike.
Ingredients:
1 Can Flaked Tuna
3 large dill Pickles, Diced
1/4 Cup Dill Pickle Juice
2 Tbsp Dry Dill
1 Cup Small Cubed Cheddar Cheese
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
3 Cups Shell Noodles, Cooked and drained
Directions:
- Cook and drain your shell noodles in salted water, then set aside in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl mix together mayo, pickle juice, dill, salt and pepper. Stir in your diced pickles, cheese, tuna and noodles.
- Cover and let sit for one hour in the fridge
- NOTE: If after chilling you wish to make it more saucy add and extra splash of pickle juice and another dollop of mayo.
