Onion and Feta Dip with Cheesy Bread

This baked onion and feta dip is a delicious late night snack or party dish. Featuring, cream cheese, onions, feta and cheddar cheese. Pair it with pita or cheesy bread wedges, crackers or corn chips and enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 Red Onion, diced

Half a Brick Cream Cheese

1 Cup Sour Cream

3/4 Cup Feta Cheese

2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Pinch Salt and Pepper

6 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1 Tsp Onion Powder

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Dry Parsley

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400F

  • Add all the ingredients to a bowl, then using a submersion blender, puree together. Or if you prefer a chunkier dip, mashed together with a fork.

  • Transfer into a oven safe dish and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbling and hot. Remove from oven and garnish with a sprinkle of parsley if desired.

  • Serve with corn chips, crackers, naan bread or my favorite and toasted fresh baguet with melted cheese.

  • Enjoy!
