Have an abundance of left over tea biscuits? This apple and Biscuit bread pudding, is a great way to use them up. Moist cakey texture, with pops of apple, cinnamon and a crispy brown sugar topping transformed tea biscuits into a delicious dessert. I enjoyed mine fresh out of the oven with a scoop of ice cream on the side. Sometimes left overs aren't such a bad thing. Looking for a biscuit recipe?
